Villa Can Cabei, located to the south of Ibiza town,is a 200-year-old converted farmhouse, situated close to Playa d'en Bossa, a sandy beach, safe for young children. As it is a beach resort, there are other houses and hotels nearby, but the location is quite quiet and protected by lots of newly planted trees, including carobs, palm and fig trees.
The house is surrounded by 1500 metres of garden with a lovely pool (10 x 4m) with steps, a shallow end, and terraces with sun loungers and shady outdoor seating areas. The swimming pool can also be floodlit in the evenings.
The house is typically mediterranean in style, with thick white walls, green shutters, terracotta tiled floors and simple, but stylish, interiors. There is car parking space for one car at the property, and central heating for out of season rentals. With its convenient location and many facilities within easy reach, this is an ideal property for a family.
