Policies
- In low season: A credit car number and its expiring date will be requested to reserve -
If you cancel with less than 72 hours of the arrival day , the aumount of the 1st nigth will be charged on your credit card. So as in the case of unfulfilling the reserved days.

In high season: A 100% deposit will be requested for one day bookings, 50% for bookings of two days and 30% for bookings of three or more days including taxes in all cases - The client has 10 days to do the bank transfer, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

In case of cancellation if it is at least a week before the arrival day- two weeks in Easter-, the deposit can be used for further reservations. Where it is not so 20% of the deposit can be refunded. If you cancel with less than a week in advance of the arrival day the deposit will be considered as the expenses of cancellation.

During Extra Season: The deposits will be 50% in all cases. The total amount could be requested to be paid in advance in two terms during special periods -which will be communicated to the client- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable. If the cancellation is at least a week before the arrival day the deposit can be used for further reservations.

- On our web site: www: lacasagrande.net you can find a map and indications how to get to La Casa Grande. Following the signs "Centro ciudad" or "Parador" you will arrive at Plaza del Cabildo in the city centre where you should try to park. From here it's a 3 minutes walk to our hotel.

- To park in the city centre you need a ticket (from Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday only until 2 p.m.). Our hotel has 24 hour parking tickets at 4€ at your request.
