This magnificent historic property constructed in 1860, lies at the foot of the Massif D'Esterel, nest to our other property "Le Palais". The house enjoys an excellent position next to the beach at Boulouris and is surrounded by beautiful gardens comprising of pine trees, bougainvillea, olive trees, palm trees and pink laurel trees. A terrace with outdoor dining area occupies the front of the house and leads down to the garden and then the sea. At the end of the garden, almost right on the beach, is the swimming pool (4m deep, with diving board and access by 2 ladders), which can be heated on request.
Designed with a Moroccan influence, the interiors are both spacious and tastefully furnished. The very large bedrooms with air conditioning, safes and en-suite bathrooms combine with the three separate living areas and well equipped kitchen to ensure a luxurious feel to the property. One living area is equipped with a CD player, satellite TV and video.
Other facilities at the property include access to water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing and kayaking. There is an 18 hole international golf course 5 minutes drive away. Les Jardins can be rented on its own, or for larger groups of up to 26 people, it can be rented with Le Palais. The two properties share an electric gate entrance and parking area.
