This beautiful Villa, built in Mexican-style, is located near the lovely beach of Cala d'Hort in the south-west of Ibiza island. From the property there are superb views over the sea, and of the Vedra and Vedranell Islands.
The property is divided into three areas, the main house, with four bedrooms, the pool house with three bedrooms (more simple than the main house), and the casita, which is used for staff accommodation. These are surrounded by 17,000 square metres of land consisting of lawns, with many trees, palms, mimosas and flowers. There is also a very large swimming pool of 300 square metres.
Arranged on half levels, the rooms are very spacious, with thick walls, making them warm in winter and cool in summer. Each bedroom has mosquito nets and an en-suite bathroom, and opens to either a patio or terrace. Extra amenities at the villa include satellite TV, DVD, phone and fax.
