During the weekend the policy is minimum two days for reservation (Friday-Saturday or Saturday –Sunday).
- During the Christmas period (periods including 31 December), the policy is minimum one week for reservation. During this period all the guests will receive a present of the hotel.
- If you cancel one month before the arrival, we charge you the 5% of the deposit.

Directions
- Access to the Old Town of Palma, where our hotel is located, is limited. This ACIRE system restricts non resident vehicle access. As a guest of our hotel you are allowed to access this area. Taxis have access to the hotel.
- When you arrive at the beginning of the street Church of Santa Fe you will find a barrier. Near to this barrier there is a post with a panel and a button that indicates - i - for information. Please, press it and you will be in contact with the police, tell them the name of our hotel Palacio ca Sa Galesa and they will open the barrier for you.

From the airport - take Avenidas upwards, at the traffic light turn to the left - into Antonio Planas i Franch and the first left - into Mateo Enric Lladó and then the first right - into Plaza Santa Fe ACIRE – Press the information bell and give the name of the hotel (HOTEL PALACIO CA SA GALESA) - follow straight along the streets Posada de Montserrat - San Alonso - Pureza - MIRAMAR will be at your left.
