This stunning modern villa is situated conveniently just off Boulevard Patch, the road running from the Route des Plages down to the beach and the famous restaurant and bar, Club 55. Although this location could be a little noisy with traffic at certain times of day during the high season, it is more than compensated for by its wonderful views, the standard of accommodation and facilities, and the fact that you can walk down to the beach, about 650 metres away. A high fence ensures privacy from the road within the grounds of the property.
Because of its hillside location, the views of the sea are magnificent, both from the house and from the garden and beautiful swimming pool area. The garden is predominantly to the front of the house, mainly lawn, with palms, shrubs and trees. The pool (approximately 10 x 4m) has a large shallow end for children, a fountain set into rocks and, at the other end, an overflow effect. There is a also a small jacuzzi pool (heated on request), and a large sun terrace with comfortable loungers. Just up from the sun terrace, there are covered terraces at the front of the house with further seating areas and a dining area.
The house is painted terracotta with bright blue shutters and the warm, bright colours are continued into the interiors. The rooms are newly decorated and furnished and very well equipped, including an enormous satellite TV in the sitting room and TVs in several bedrooms, hi-fi system in living room and linked to all bedrooms, computer and fax, electric security gates and remote control lighting for the pool and garden
