Access to the property is via a private estate with security gate. The villa is set in two hectares of grounds, with a garden to the rear of the house, with oleanders, palms and pine trees. A few steps up on a slightly higher level is the large swimming pool (15.5 x 6m), in a wonderful setting with sea views. The pool has a pebbled terrace surround and benefits from a pure water (non-chlorinated) filtration system.
The spacious interiors have traditional terracotta floors with rugs and beamed ceilings. Many of the rooms have sea views, with the living/dining room in particular having a large picture window facing the sea.
A patio at the back of the house has a dining area and ping pong table, and there is another outdoor dining area down a few steps to the side of the house, with a built-in barbecue.
