Newly refurbished to a very high standard with spacious and airy interiors, the property is built on two levels with accommodation for 10 people on the main level and accommodation for 4 people on the lower level, which also benefits from its own kitchen and sitting area. The interiors are modern with neutral colours. A spacious living/dining area (TV, CD player) with beautiful wooden floors opens out to the large terrace where outdoor dining can be enjoyed. From here there are ocean views, as well as views of the flood lit gardens and swimming pool, equipped with night-lights.
All the bedrooms are decorated to the same high standard and are all with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms on the main level all have air conditioning. The gently sloping gardens, surrounded by shrubs and trees leads to the swimming pool, which is approximately 25 metres away for the house. Teak garden furniture and pool loungers all provide that necessary comfort to enjoy the odd cocktail and a pergola provides shade for those extra hot days.
The amenities of the Porto Rotondo harbour, for example water sports and sailing, are 1 km away.
