Villa Danieli is situated in an exclusive residential area above Nice, approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of the city, with wonderful views over the coast and the sea. Nice offers the advantages of a both a city and a seaside resort, as well as a mild year round climate.
Entrance to the property is through security gates, down a driveway with car parking area for 3 cars. The villa is very tastefully furnished throughout, and well equipped, including TV, VCR and stereo in all bedrooms. The spacious living room, painted cream, with wooden floors and antique furniture, opens via french doors to a large furnished sun deck with swimming pool.
The beautiful salt water pool (10 x 7m, and heated during the cooler months) has an overflow effect at one end and is surrounded by rock ledges for sitting, and a lawned garden on each side with shrubs and palms. There is also a separate small children’s pool. To one side of the terrace is a partly shaded area, furnished for dining outdoors. There is outdoor night lighting in the garden and on pool terrace. Steps lead down from the pool area to a petanque court. Taxi transfer from airport included in the rental price.

Entrance into large living area with fireplace, opening to teak sun deck with swimming pool. Steps lead up from the living area to a dining area, leading to kitchen (very well equipped including dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker). A small sitting area/conservatory, with barbecue and bar, leads from the kitchen to the terrace and garden with an outdoor dining area. Double bedroom, opening to sun deck. Separate bathroom. Large double bedroom, also opening to terrace, and with a large jacuzzi bath and 2 basins on a slightly higher level, separated by a partition. There is also a separate shower and separate WC/bidet. Double bedroom with doors to outside, and with shower and basin within the same room. Laundry with washing machine/ dryer and another fridge/freezer.
FIRST FLOOR
Landing with library area. Large double bedroom, opening to terrace with views of Nice and the sea. En-suite marble bathroom with separate shower.
Bedding Info: Five suites are available, the master suite on the first floor equipped with a St Tropez styled terrace, a spectacular panoramic view over the city down to the sea ; and three other on the lower level with acess to the sundeck and a very nice garden & sea view.

- Final cleaning surcharge : 45 Euro for each guest with a minimum of 200 Euro (will be considered as a guest all members of your party above the age of 3 years)
- Electricity/Gas/Water : included.
- Pool heating : as the pool is approximately 24 C in June, July, August and September depending on the weather, we are able to offer you additional heating if you request so, the rate to heat the pool is 150 Euro for each week. The temperature of the water is able to rise till 30 C. Outside above mentioned period we are not able to guarantee effectiveness of heating due to nature.
- Linen, bathroom towels, table sets rental etc... : Included. Extra linen services available.
- Additional house cleaning : services are available at the rate of 15 Euro/Hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
- Pool heating: as the pool is approximately 24 C in June, July, August and September depending on the weather, we are able to offer you additional heating if you request so, the rate to heat the pool is 150 Euro for each week. The temperature of the water is able to rise till 30 C. Outside above mentioned period we are not able to guarantee effectiveness of heating due to nature.
- Cook : 20 Euro for each guest with a minimum of 120 Euro, above 5 guests add 15 Euro for each additional person. This fee covers shopping time, preparing the meal, setting up the table and presentation of the meals. (Max 4 hours between 16.00 hours and 22.00 hours, each additional hour after 22.00 pm will be charged at 20 Euro)
- All charges and options have to be paid with final payment.
