The wine steward David Biraud has received a number of awards, and uses his sensitivity to create exciting pairings of dishes and wine. Mathieu Foureau, the restaurant manager, looks attentively after his guests, to perfect the “haute cuisine” of Jean-François Piège. The restaurant Les Ambassadeurs is closed on Sundays to welcome the Brunch, and also on Mondays.
