Romantic 20 acre English Tudor estate secluded in the forest above NapaValley's St. Helena, a town of world class restaurants and wineries.The Manor is a few minutes from the famous Historic Silverado Trail and wineries such as Beringer, Mondavi, Duck Horn and Mumm's Napa.

Travel minutes to town for siteseeing and activities or relax and soak up some sun by the 54'swimming pool with your favorite bottle of wine. Borrow our mountain bikes for a serene ride through fresh-smelling woods on off-road trails and come back to soak in a bubbling hot tub.

The Living Room is very comfortable with a cozy couch to curl up in and nice views of the forest and pool. The Bedroom has a wall-to-wall closet and a roomy dresser for all your belongings. It's easy to get that "sttled in" feeling. Lovely private bath and dressing room.
Bedding Info: The Bedroom has an inviting king size bed where you will crawl in under clean, crisp sheets. Very quiet... you can hear yourself think!

Policies

All rates based on single or double occupancy and subject to 10.5% occupancy tax.

Two night minimum when reserving a Saturday.

Check in is 3:00pm to 6:00pm PST - Check out is 11:00am PST.

Our cancellation policy provides for a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge to your credit card for any cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the anticipated check-in date. Cancellations received within the 14 days prior to check-in date will not result in a refund unless we are successful in re-renting the room. (Note that in that case, the $50.00 service charge still applies.)

Sorry, Forest Manor cannot accomodate travelers with children under the age of 17.

Forest Manor is a non-smoking home. However we provide ash trays on the deck overlooking the pool for the enjoyment of our smoking guests

Additional Overnight Guests Our room rates are based on double occupancy. We can accomodate up to two additional guests in your room with a rollaway bed (roomy for one person - very cozy for two!) at the rate of $75 per person which includes their full breakfast.

Additional Breakfast Guests We will serve additional non-staying guests a full breakfast for $15 per person, but our manager shops daily to ensure the freshness of our food and ingredients. So you must inform our manager upon check-in or within 24 hours in order for there to be enough food.
