Like a "ship overlooking the Loire", the cave bar is the old summer kitchen for the monastery, it has kept its chimney and bread oven offering our guests a perfect preamble to enjoy aperitif before entering the dining room.
The restaurant is a long and bright room, with pale yellow and coral tones, preserving everyone's privacy. It is situated in the manor house and looks onto the river by big windows.
In the hall, preparations are in full course. We invite you to share the preparation of the carving of the Veal rib:
