Golf Course -
- Golf “Son Vida” is the eldest golf course in Mallorca and counts to the assemblage of golf circuits that make the sunny island the Mecca for golf enthusiasts from around the world. Whilst playing a round through the 18-hole championship course, which opened its doors in 1964, the player enjoys breathtaking views to the bay of Palma from its wide fairways. The modern Golf Son Muntaner, designed by architect Kurt Rossknecht, first opened its doors in 2000. The championship 18-hole golf course houses the Arabella Golf Academy and is available to the guests of Castillo Hotel Son Vida. The Academy’s professionals teach either in German, English or Spanish and offer lessons by the day or by the hour.
- SON MUNTANER GOLF: The new 18-hole Son Muntaner golf course, located 400 m. away from Son Vida Golf, offers all the facilities a golf player may need, including peak area, driving range, putting green and three training holes.
It has been designed by Mr. Rossknecht, who has been involved in more than forty golf courses around Europe, taking part in several projects together with Mr. Bernhard Langer.
