From Auckland follow SH-1 to Taupo 280 km , just after Huka Falls Road, turn right into Acacia Bay turn off and follow Road for 5 km to Mapara Road. Turn right to Lake Taupo Lodge, 500 metres up Mapara Road on the left. From Taupo turn right onto Norman Smith Street, proceed to T Junction, turn left onto Acacia Bay Road, travel 5 km to Mapara Road. Turn right to Lake Taupo Lodge, 500 metres up Mapara Road on the left.
