Policies
- Confirmation of reservation :
Each reservation will be definitely confirmed upon deposit as follow :
- 100 % total amount for a 1 night stay
- 50 % for 2 to 3 nights
- 30 % for 4 nights or more
- Cancellation :
- 30 % charged for a cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival
- 50 % for a cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival
- 100 % less than 8 days
- Time of arrival :
We will do our best to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible however, official check in time is from 4 pm, please let us know if you intend to arrive any later.
- Time of departure :
All rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. Failure to check out by this time will must result in the billing of an additional night stay. During the low season, you could contact us to require a late check out. Reception who will endeavour to make the best arrangements. Please note however that late check out may be not always possible depending our availability.
- Additional information :
- If you have chosen to stay in bed & breakfast, it’s necessary to book a table prior your arrival date and for all your stay.
- If you have chosen to stay in half board basis, one table is booked every evening.
Directions
- Train: High speed (TGV) from Toulon : 55 km (direct all year round), connection Hyères and coach or shuttle link.
- Air: Toulon-Hyères (30 km), Nice (120 km).
- Road - 2 access routes :
- Motorway A8 direction Nice exit Le Luc. Take the D558, through La Garde Freinet-Grimaud and Cogolin. Take the N98 as far as the La Mole fork or follow the signs to Canadel via the D27.
- Motorway A57 via Toulon to Hyères, then N98 and D559. Go through Le Lavandou and Cavalière.
