Fifteen years ago already, the Mas de l’Oulivié was built, just in the heart of les Alpilles.
From afar, the little village of Les Baux-de-Provence and the remains of its ancient fortress from the 13th century are outlined on these rocky cliffs.Beyond this landscape, you will discover the passionate history of the Provencal tradition, culture and heritage.
The house itself, built with a great respect of the Provencal architecture, trimmed with white stone from Les Baux de Provence, roofed with reclaimed terracotta tiles and its shutters of the almond green of the olive trees, is a genuine haven of peace and harmony.
From the entrance to the hotel, between the olive branches, a row of shrubs mixed with rosemary, sage and other aromatic and coloured plants brings you to the reception. On your left, a small lavender field provides the making of lavender-bags and bottles of lavender laundry water which are sold in the hotel’s boutique.
The door then opens onto a large lounge of wooden beams, painted and waxed walls and hand made terracotta tiles which contrast with the large rustic fire-place made from the chalky white stone of Les Baux.
Here, there and everywhere, you will find a relaxing decoration and an extreme concern to pay attention to every detail.

Upstair's apartment :
A completely different atmosphere awaits you upstairs with a light lounge also and large windows opening onto a private terrace. The view over les Alpilles is just splendid.
Old looking parquet and painted walls covered with a cream patina blend harmoniously with dark modern furniture, velvets and taffeta, under the fixed stare of a wild bull of Camargue painted by the artist Goro.

- Booking :
To confirm your booking, a credit card number with its expiry date is required on which we will charge as a deposit:
- one night of the price of the room if the booking is for 1 to 3 nights,
- two nights of the price of the room if the booking is for 4 to 6 nights,
- three nights of the price of the room if the booking is for more than 6 nights.
- Cancellation :
To avoid any misunderstanding, we require written cancellation.
- Cancellation more than 10 days before the planned arrival date : No charge.
- Cancellation within 10 days of the planned arrival date or no show the day of the arrival: we will keep the deposit already charged upon reservation.
- Shortened stay :
If a stay is shortened without a 48 hours notice prior to the changed date of departure, the price of one night will be charged by the hotel for compensation for damages.
- Arrival / Departure :
Rooms are available from 3.30 pm. Please inform us in case of late arrival.
We would be grateful if you could vacate your room before noon.
Any room not vacared after this time will be charged.
