Resort Cancellation Policy:
Miraval requires a two-night deposit to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If your reservation is cancelled within 10 days of your scheduled arrival, we will apply it to your stay if you return within six months from this period.

Spa Cancellation Policy:
To keep the spa services scheduling system operating smoothly, we ask that you cancel or change your treatment four hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There is a late cancellation fee of the full spa treatment amount.

Activites Self Sign-up Cancellation Policy:
To keep the self-sign-up system operating smoothly, we ask that you cross your name from any card at least 2 hours prior to the designated start time, therefore allowing the first person on the waiting list to attend that class.

Gratuities are not accepted at Miraval. Children under 17 are not permitted at Miraval.
