This mill, located just 90 minutes from Paris, between Nogent le Retrou and Chartres, stands out in a vast tree-lined park thanks to its ochre façade. This fine old building sits regally on the banks of the River Huisne, in a secluded part of the peaceful, green Perche area.
The stone façade and beams have withstood the ravages of time. Welcoming rooms dominated by wood. The terrace is the theatre for superb cuisine. The heated outdoor pool provides the perfect excuse for chilling out. The owners are very attached to their property and have managed to preserve the 16th and 19th century architecture and the period furniture.
