Booking policy
To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card number, its expiration date and the Security Code.
For a one-night-stay, we charge the full price of the room rate.
For any longer stay, we charge 50% of the room rate for the entire stay.
Cancellation policy
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we request a written cancellation (by E-mail or fax).
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show at the hotel, we retain the paid deposit.
