Deposits:
A reservation will be held either by providing credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) or by forwarding 50% of the total reservation within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, your money will be refunded in full. If you cancel between 8 to 30 days of arrival your deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged at least one night's stay and potentially your entire stay if your room can not be re-rented.
Directions
- If arriving from Interstate 25:
- Take Exit 141 West on Highway 24.
- Stay on Highway 24 past Manitou Springs and Cascade
- After traveling approximately 12 miles from the Interstate exit left at the second Green Mountain Falls/ Chipita Park sign
- Enter the valley and the Lodge is about 1/2 mile further on your right - just before the large Church in the Wildwood
- The parking lot is in front of you. For check-in and baggage unloading turn right at Hondo and then immediately left at Howard and check-in at the rear of the Lodge.
- If arriving from the Divide, Woodland Park direction:
- Take Highway 24 East 4 miles from Woodland Park.
- Exit right at the Green Mountain Falls sign.
- Proceed about a 1/2 mile and you will see the Outlook Lodge sign on your right.
- The parking lot is on your right.
- For check-in and baggage unloading turn right at Hondo and then immediately left at Howard and check-in at the rear of the Lodge.
