The swimming pool is open since July first. Calm, beauty of the scenery and the composites,temperature of the water( min 28°C), heavenly environment are the best words to describe this peaceful place completely away from the hotel's activities. Totally isolated in the old garden walls, the sun exposition is maximum and the place is perfect for relaxing.

700 meters from the hotel, you will found our pond in the middle of our park. Surrounding by centennial beechs, the pond is drained by sources that run through the forest. In the pond you could find most beautiful trouts, perchs, pikes, tenchs...Calm is the best word describing the scene!

Ten mountain bikes can be rent for 3€ hour for our customers. It will be then possible for you to cycle in the path of the "Massif forestier de Gouffern" ( 4500 ha)where you will probably meet a deer walking around.

Horseback Riding

The Pavillon de Gouffern is located 3 KM from the "Haras National du Pin", in the heart of the Orne, the temple of the horse. It will be possible to make horseriding in the middle of the park with a qualified instructor. Also, our associated experts will initiate you to the joy of harnessing horses and ride them in our paths. We can make you visit the Haras du Pin in a barouche or organise an horseriding course in our partner riding school 3 km away.
