Telephone in the living room and also in the main bedroom.
-Inferior level: Access trough an interior stair to: another main bedroom with own bathroom, another double bedroom with single beds and complete bathroom, 1 more double bedroom with single beds and shower room.
All the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace pool.
Large reserve with washing machine and dryer machine.
The 5th. Bedroom with shower room is situated at the pool level.
Really nice and luxurious decoration. Central heating. Included in the price: water, gas, electricity, maintenance of garden and pool.
INCLUDE ON THE PRICE: 2 CLEANING SERVICES PER WEEK ( ONCE 4 HRS AND THE SECOND 8 HRS ) AND 1 LAUNDRY SERVICE ONCE PER WEEK ( LAUNDRY SERVICE ONLY FOR RENTALS OF MINIMUM TWO WEEKS).
