Description: The main part of the house has two bedrooms and two baths, while an adjoining studio on the ground floor offers an entirely separate living space with its own kitchen, bath and sleeping accommodations for two. Altogether this property is compact but comfortable, and it is charmingly decorated in a style that harmonizes tastefully chosen country antiques with modern appliances and amenities (including an air conditioner).
The main part of the house is entered through a wooden door at street level, where stairs lead to the second and third levels. The house has white walls, and terra cotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. The many windows provide plenty of sunshine and ventilation.
The studio, which can be rented separately or in conjunction with the main part of the house, is entered either from the street or from a doorway on the second level of the house. The studio includes a very attractive sitting area with fireplace, and is comfortably furnished with a nice antiques and two sofabeds that open into twin beds. The space gets plenty of light from a large window looking south onto a small street. The kitchenette is compact and well equipped, and there is a small but pretty bathroom with a three-quarter length bathtub.
On the top level is a pleasant glass-enclosed sunroom which opens through a large sliding glass door onto the rooftop terrace. Here there are chairs, a small barbecue, potted flowers and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains toward the sea.
